About Thinklogicx
Thinklogicx exists because most transformation advice stops at the technology. Founded by Mike Howard, the firm is built on a different conviction: the hardest part of any enterprise change is not the system, the integration, or the plan. It is the people who have to adopt it. Change management is not a workstream we tack on. It is where the work starts.
How we approach the work
We start with change management.
Any consultant can advise on technology. Lasting outcomes come from leading the people through the change first: the adoption, the resistance, and the new ways of working. Get that right and the rest follows. Skip it and even a technically perfect program fails.
We adapt to the business, not a framework.
We go into every engagement with an open mind and read the tone of the organization before prescribing anything. The method follows the business, never the other way around. We pull from agile, lean, or structured governance as the situation actually demands.
We embed as operators.
We do not hand over a deck and leave. We work inside the organization, building workstreams, running cadences, and owning decisions alongside leadership until the work is real and moving.
We build structure that outlasts us.
Governance, reporting, and operating rhythms are designed to survive leadership turnover, scale past the original scope, and hold up under audit, board, and investor scrutiny long after the engagement ends.
Different problem, different industry, different politics. The discipline is the same, and it always starts with the people.
