Mike Howard started Thinklogicx after two decades of being the person organizations called when a program could not afford to fail. His career has been spent in the operational deep end: standing up a PMO from nothing, steering acquisition integrations across every function, and keeping mission-critical programs on track under compressed timelines and real consequences.

He leads differently than most advisors. Mike embeds inside the organization and works as an operator, pairing executive partnership with hands-on execution. He reads the culture before he prescribes a method, treats the people side of change as the main event rather than a footnote, and builds the governance and structure that keep moving after he is gone.

That operating model traces back to twenty years in the United States Air Force, across operations, logistics, information systems, security, and program leadership. The military taught him what enterprise transformation demands every day: structure, accountability, calm under pressure, and a bias for execution over theory.
